I came in on a rush and they said they were completely booked up and wouldn’t be able to do it by the end of the day. I came in at 4:50 on at Saturday and they close at 6. Before I left the parking lot a man named Jesse ran out and told us he was able to squeeze us in. He got us in and out within 30 minutes. It was absolutely 10/10 customer service. Even with all his techs running around working their butts off and sweat dripping of his face he was extremely polite and quick. Just all around 10/10 team. Great experience. Big thanks to Jesse.

I had a positive experience at the Tires Plus Louisville–St. Matthew's location. The two employees who helped me were very helpful, professional, and courteous. I was satisfied with both the service I received and the work done on my car.I was a little taken aback by the number and cost of the additional services that were recommended, although I understand that making recommendations is part of the inspection process. What I appreciated was that when I declined those services, they respected my decision and did not pressure me. Overall, I left satisfied with the work I came in to have done and with how the two employees treated me. I would recommend this location based on that experience.

Buying tires from the cheap bootleg stores is the worse thing you could ever do for your car. I had a flat tire at work and called this place because it was the closest. The guy who worked on my car was patient and polite, my lug nuts were over torqued and were extremely hard to get off. The guys here didn’t give up and I appreciate them all for the hard work. If you need a tire please stop by and deal with a professional repair shop that cares……if I could give 10 stars I would because they deserve every single one…

I’ve taken my 2018 Toyota Corolla to be serviced three times due to a persistent noise coming from the right side of the vehicle. Each visit has resulted in different explanations, but the issue has still not been resolved. Initially, I paid $1,800 for repairs related to a popping and creaking noise; however, the sound remained after the work was completed. In July 2025, Roger at the Chenoweth location advised that the struts had been installed too tightly, the service was covered under warranty, and he would get it taken care of. Shortly after, the noise returned and became even worse. I recently took the vehicle to the Shelbyville location, where they test drove it and said they did not hear any noise. This was unbelievable because the noise was loud for weeks, and continued the day of my appointment. Despite that, I was told I needed a new axle, which cost approximately $1,000 which did include an oil change. Unfortunately, the noise returned again just one week later. At this point, I feel I am being taken advantage of because I’m a woman, and I am concerned this may be related to me previously filing a complaint against Roger. No one has resolved the issue, yet I continue t

These guys are great. Helped me get my vehicle with a serpentine belt issue from a nearby location, diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what happened. I had gotten the tensioner recently replaced, so getting it moved to the facility where it is under warranty but Tires plus was there when needed and Jesse and Zack were very helpful. Will not hesitate to give future business.
